following along the red sea road {february 2017}

truly can’t believe that we are moving into our FOURTH summer.

As I look at the girls in these pictures, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to know them and their stories.  All nine of them have participated in our Greatest Exchange adventure. Their lives are changed- the trajectory of their future is different.  Their hearts are a little bigger.  And we can truly say that our lives are changed as well.

As we move into the month of February, we are actively preparing for the EIGHT girls that will be coming to Jacksonville, Florida this summer.  The girls are all anxiously preparing for their visa interviews, which will take place over the next two weeks.  They are hopeful that they will get to hear from a host family soon that will invite them into their home.  They are excitedly texting me pictures of themselves practicing their English, screenshots of the emails that they get from their support families, and more emojis than I’ve seen in a long time! 🙂

These are our girls.  Through prayer, counsel from the Americans in the field, and lots and lots of interviews- we are so excited to have these eight girls coming to Jacksonville this summer.  We are honored to have you as a part of their stories by participating in “parting the red sea”,

From the absolute bottom of my heart, thank you for praying and participating in what is happening in Kazakhstan.
